Katy is a city in Southeast Texas within Houston--The Woodlands--Sugar Land metropolitan area. The city encompasses the counties of Harris, Fort Bend and Waller.

There are approximately 1,400 students identified with an ASD in Katy ISD, overall estimated enrollment is 71,000 students-as of August 2015.
